I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, but my specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and life transitions (like divorce or loss). 70% of my practice works with children, teens and young adults. 30% of my practice works with individual adults and couples. My passion is to help children and teens navigate through life’s challenges. Specifically, I have developed individual sessions, classes and workshops that empower girls and women to become strong, confident and independent individuals that will make a difference in our world.
