I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, but my specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and life transitions (like divorce or loss). My passion is to help others with navigating through life’s challenges with tools from yoga, mindfulness, CBT and EMDR. Specifically, I have developed individual sessions, classes and workshops that empower girls and women to become strong, confident and independent individuals that will make a difference in our world.
